范堡罗——庞巴迪首席执行官阿兰·贝尔(Alain Bellemare)任职三年来,对加拿大这个交通运输行业巨头的大规模战略重组终于暂告一段落。这是眼下了解到的信息。

上周,《气流》(The Air Current)团队和贝尔先生在范堡罗航展会面,庞巴迪高管表示,过去三年的举措——包括与空客伙伴关系的建立,促进了公司地位的稳固,这一点从利益相关者在会议桌前的排位变化便可体现。

贝尔称:“显然,我们目前正在推动【C系列】飞机项目的进展”,“但这项工作具有挑战性。空客正积极调整以改善现状,并且将所有不确定性因素从项目中排除……使得该项目能够在未来数年内成为可能。去除未知因素,这一点相当重要。”

贝尔还表示,通过与空客和魁北克投资公司的合作, C系列飞机有限合作公司(CSALP)的成立不仅将重塑未来100-150座级飞机市场的格局,也将提高魁北克和北爱尔兰地区的就业及政府领导团队的稳定性。魁北克投资公司持有16%的股份。

贝尔表示:“与之前相比,我们可能会生产数量超出原计划两倍之多的【A220】飞机”,此合作关系中,庞巴迪C系列飞机将更名为A220,并将50.01%的股份转给空客,贝尔说:“这才是真正的战略合作”。
