On July 12, 2022 The Air Current editorial team kicked off its coverage of the Farnborough International Airshow, delving into the dynamics heading into the show and what’s on tap for our editorial team as we all head to United Kingdom for the industry’s first major summer gathering since before the COVID-19 pandemic.

We covered the commercial and geopolitical dynamics facing Airbus, Boeing, Embraer and ATR and the turmoil within the supply chain to the recovery pains facing the world’s airlines and the technology advancements of industry stalwarts and new electric and hydrogen entrants alike. The show promises to be an air show experience like none in recent memory as the aerospace community gathers together to take stock of the last four years of upheaval.
