Icon Aircraft has identified a stalking horse buyer for the ultimate sale of its business, a move that allows an initial bidder to set the low bar of a purchase price for other interested parties, the latest development in its ongoing bankruptcy case which began on April 4.

The stalking horse for a potential sale of Icon has been identified as SG Investment America, a newly formed subsidiary company of industrial sewing machine developer Dürkopp Adler GmbH, according to court filings.
