本周,CFM国际公司、普拉特惠特尼(普惠)和罗伊斯罗尔斯(罗罗)公司都要交作业了。

据熟悉相关计划的三位人士介绍,波音此前曾向这三家最大的发动机制造商发出正式需求建议书(RFP),要求各公司于627日前向波音提交针对波音未来新机型797提供动力的详细方案。

在此截止日期前,几家公司已经同波音进行了若干轮的信息征询,并逐渐落实了即将为波音新中型客机(简称NMA)所提供产品的细节。

尽管波音尚未最终确认是否会推出或启动NMA项目,对于这款预计将于2025年投入运营的机型,该公司已经在积极推进概念设计了。对行业来讲,这份RFP也算是为该全新小型双通道飞机寻找45000磅推力涡扇发动机的悬赏广告。
