全球飞行员的短缺状况将持续恶化,不见好转。

2019年12月31日午夜开始,所有中国航空公司都必须开始遵守关于限制飞行员每年飞行时数的新规定。新规定给飞行时数设定了上限,将每位商用飞行员的每年飞行时数从允许的1000小时降为900小时。这一变化目前尚未在中国以外的地区广泛报道。

对于中国大陆的运营,这一变化使得中国飞行员的总体年飞行能力降低了10%,而此时中国航空业的壮大和发展也还是无法满足目前不可抑制的增长需求。

不久前,中国仅是全球航空经济体系中的一个岛屿,按自身的规则和节奏发展。但在政府的耐心和日益壮大的中产阶级的推动下,中国航空的生态系统逐渐产生成效,有可能扰乱既有和新兴的航空市场。

对这一变化逐渐表示关注的业界领袖说,这么广泛的影响只会加剧全球的军备竞赛,用近40万美元的惊人年薪吸引有经验的飞行员。
