The NTSB has published its final investigative report on the Jan. 29, 2025 midair collision between a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter and an American Eagle CRJ700 near Washington, D.C.
The roughly 400-page document outlines the board’s full findings and conclusions concerning the accident that killed 67 people, many of which were discussed during its probable cause hearing last month and detailed by TAC in a comprehensive special report published in December.
