Alaska Airlines has formally returned the 737 Max 9 to Boeing that was involved in the accident aboard flight 1282 in January. The aircraft, which was only two and a half months old at the time of the accident, violently lost an exit door plug around 15,000 feet while climbing out over Oregon.
